This is an indispensable primer coat for Loft Polished Concrete Wall Coating. It adheres to very slick surfaces: varnished wood, laminate, formica, melamine, glass, stainless steel, aluminum, wall tiles, pvc, sandstone, marble, porcelain, earthenware, and previously painted surfaces (polyurethane, epoxy, glazed, etc).
Preparation:
Primer for Worktops or Tiles can be used on all perfectly smooth surfaces that are clean, dry and free of grease marks. For stainless steel, we recommend removing the polished finish; all other surfaces should be lightly sanded and wiped clean. If applying to wall tile, you can leave the joints as is; however, for a smoother, more uniform surface, we recommend using Smoothing Primer first.
Application:
Apply a coat of the primer with a roller in a criss-cross pattern. Let sit ±2 hours then lightly sand with a very fine grit. Let dry ±3 hours before applying your finish coating.
